Caty has had a passion for the beauty industry since the time she was a little girl and could hold a hairbrush. After graduating from the Aveda Institute’s inaugural class in 2010, she set out to follow her dreams and quickly learned that her passion moved from working behind the chair to education, leadership, and business management.

Throughout her career, she has held many roles in all aspects of the industry, including Educator at the Aveda Institute, Product/Retail Educator for Aveda corporate, and even Aveda Makeup Artist, all while sharing her passion and skills with other industry artists and leaders.

Over the years, her love for the trade has grown. Today, she helps educate and lead our PURE stylists achieve their own dreams, while helping build a successful salon with the most knowledgeable and business-savvy women in the industry.
