Elevating the guest experience throughout the industry has been a passion of Lilly’s since she entered the industry in 2005. Prior to joining PURE Salon & Spa as a Manager* in 2020, Lilly spent 8 years as an educator at the Aveda Institute, where she worked directly with students. In her career, Lilly also built her clientele as a licensed stylist, and assisted staff in a front desk and management support role. Though each day at PURE is different, Lilly has enjoyed growing the team and watching stylists meet their individual career goals.
