Our commitment to lifelong learning continues throughout our technicians entire career at PURE. Our artists are always learning new techniques to take their skills to the next level. We utilize the amazing talents of our own PURE team as well as invest in bringing in nationally & internationally known guest artist to showcase new techniques and help perfect our craft.

WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR VISIT
We understand that life happens – If possible, please let us know at least 24-hours in advance if you cannot make your scheduled appointment to avoid any cancellation fees. To protect the livelihood of our team, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the original service price to the card provided during the booking process on all cancellations within 24-hours of your scheduled appointment. All “No Show” appointments will result in 100% charge of the booked service.
After each visit, you will receive a survey asking for feedback on your visit. This is to help us always be improving but also informs us on what you would never want to see change.
We want you to love your look, so we offer a ten-day adjustment period.
